Aviator vs Spaceman
Spaceman's half cash-out is the meaningful comparison with Aviator, not the change from a plane to an astronaut. Work out what that button returns before deciding it makes a bet safer.
The feature difference
Aviator is Spribe's plane crash game. Spaceman is Pragmatic Play's space-themed crash game, with an explicit 50% cash-out option alongside automatic controls.
Spaceman lets you settle half of a bet while leaving the other half in the round. That can split a decision, but the remaining stake still loses if the round ends before it is settled.
A worked half cash-out
Start with R20 and settle half at 1.50x. That settles R10 of stake for R15 total return. If the other R10 loses, the round returns R15 against R20 staked: a R5 loss.
At 2.00x, settling half of that same R20 stake returns R20. These are payout examples, not recommended targets, and the round may end before either multiplier is reached.
Use current published figures
Spribe lists Aviator at 97% RTP. Pragmatic Play's current Spaceman product page lists 95%. Check the rules in the operator's version as well; do not assume every older review is still accurate.
The published difference is not a prediction for a session. It also does not turn either game into a positive-return plan for paying a bill or making up a previous loss.
Which screen is easier to use?
Try the full and partial cash-out controls without a deposit first. On a small phone, it should be obvious which stake you are settling and whether any portion remains active.
If extra controls make the amount at risk harder to follow, they are not helping you. A simpler decision you understand is preferable to a feature you use by guesswork.
Keep the bookmaker decision separate
The provider makes the game; the bookmaker holds the real-money account. Verification, deposit limits and withdrawal terms still need checking whichever title you prefer.
Use the individual game guides for the controls and our bookmaker reviews for the account. Neither an attractive interface nor a successful demo round settles both decisions for you.
When comparing accounts rather than game controls, use our betting sites in South Africa guide for the bookmaker details.
