Bookmaker licence application fees and annual renewal fees in the Eastern Cape are set by the Board under provincial regulation. Provincial gambling tax on bookmaker gross gaming revenue is collected by the Board and remitted through the Eastern Cape provincial fiscus, with rates reviewed each budget cycle.
