The Casino Association of South Africa (CASA) is the voluntary industry body representing the country's licensed land-based casino operators. CASA is not a licensing authority. No. CASA is a voluntary industry association, not a statutory regulator. Every licensed casino in South Africa is licensed by a provincial gambling board, not by CASA.
