Check wagering, game contribution and withdrawal limits before accepting casino credit. For the wider bookmaker comparison, see our betting sites in South Africa and check the account terms as well as the headline offer.

Bonus credit comes with its own balance rules

A casino offer may add promotional credit or spins to an account. The important detail is how that value becomes withdrawable, not how large it looks in the banner.

Read the full terms before depositing or opting in. Bonus play can have different rules from ordinary cash play.

Calculate the wagering base

For a hypothetical R200 bonus with 20x bonus-only wagering, the required qualifying stakes total R4,000. If 20x applies to a R200 deposit plus that bonus, the total is R8,000.

The multiplier is only useful once you know what it multiplies. A lower headline multiplier can still require more turnover if its base is larger.

Game contribution changes the calculation

If a permitted game contributes 50%, a R10 stake adds R5 towards the requirement. A game with 0% contribution adds nothing.

Check whether the game is merely excluded from contribution or prohibited during bonus play. Those are different restrictions.

Spins are not a cash amount

  • Check the number of spins and the stake value of each spin.
  • Check which game and version they apply to.
  • Check whether spins arrive together or in stages.
  • Check the expiry and the treatment of any winnings.

An offer for more spins is not automatically worth more if the stake per spin differs. Compare the conditions as well as the count.

Read the limits before playing

Maximum stake rules can apply while a bonus is active. So can maximum conversion or withdrawal limits, even after the wagering requirement has been completed.

Check what happens if you withdraw your cash balance or cancel the bonus. Don't assume you can separate the balances without affecting eligibility.

Keep the offer within your original budget

Use the rollover calculator to understand the workload, not to set a target you must finish. Wagering is money put at risk, not progress towards a guaranteed return.

If the deadline would push you into playing longer or depositing more, skip the offer. Current brand terms belong on the relevant promo page.
